You agree that you are at least the age of 18 or older.
Commissions
You agree to receive any earned commissions through PayPal or AlertPay
Only. Commissions are paid to all affiliates on the 15th of each month.
You acknowledge that you must have a minimum balance of $25.00 in your
account for your comission to be sent to you. If at the time
commissions are sent you do not have the minimum balance in your
account, your balance will be carried forward to the next month.
Number
of Accounts
You agree to only create 1 account.
EMAILS
By joining EZ Cash Scripts YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS UP TO EVERY 24 HRS
FROM admin@ezcashscripts.com. Please add this email address to your address book
and mark all emails from admin@ezcashscripts.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure
all affiliate members, abd script owners get verification emails as
well as website updates, notification of new version releases,
commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account
issues, EZ Cash Scripts promotions or anything that EZ Cash Scripts needs to
relay to all members.
No
Autoresonders or Bounced Emails
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails Are Allowed. If your email address
bounces or sends back EZ Cash Scripts a message with
an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals
and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.
Liability
EZ Cash Scripts is an information marketing tool used to help it's members
on the Internet. EZ Cash Scripts does not make any promises written or
implied as to the amount of money that can be made from EZ Cash Scripts, or
by being a registered script owner. It is your responsibility to make
sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to
the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your
responsibility.
Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision ofÂ
EZ Cash Scripts. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies
as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not
hold EZ Cash Scripts liable for any items or policies within this program.
Refunds
Once you pay for your script you own it. We can not refund a purchase
as there is no way for us to ensure that you no longer are using the
script as designed for your personal use. If you have a problem with
the script we can assist you by your sending us a support ticket. By
becoming an affiliate and paying for any paid portion of EZ Cash Scripts,
you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.
SPAM
Policy
EZ Cash Scripts has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will
be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal
prosecution including fines. If you are to include EZ Cash Scripts's name or
URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own
"double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad
exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other
legitimate forms of advertising.
However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:
 » To send unsolicited emails to anyone
that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not
make sense to you, then do not include
promotions for EZ Cash Scripts in emails.

other users of the service in

Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased
leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of
users.
EZ Cash Scripts considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our
service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or
postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are
prohibited by EZ Cash Scriptsterms and conditions of service. Engaging in
one or more of these practices will result in termination of the
offender's account.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit EZ Cash Scripts
actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing
activities.
EZ Cash Scripts reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it
may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without
limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of
identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, EZ Cash Scripts reserves at all times all rights and remedies
available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate
this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be
subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse service or membership to anyone. We may
also make
changes to these rules, terms, regulations, and policies at any time.
By
becoming an affiliate member or script owner of EZ Cash Scripts, you
agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
